Notifications you can rely on
Notifications inside the editor, one pop-up across all your screens, push that keeps working on phones, a delivery check with a Repair button, and emails sent exactly once.
In the editor
The editor has its own bell (top right). New notifications slide in as small toasts — a comment opens its thread, a mention jumps to the line — and several at once are grouped into one. You never have to leave the editor to see them.
Once, wherever you are
With KODEO open in two tabs, KODEO for VS Code and the CLI, a notification pops up once — on whichever screen got it first. The others still have it in their bell.
Push on your phone
Turn push on in Settings → Notifications → Browser push on each device. On an iPhone or iPad, push works only from KODEO added to the Home Screen (Share → Add to Home Screen), then opened from there.
KODEO checks each device's push subscription whenever you open it and quietly renews one the browser dropped. If push still doesn't arrive, open Settings → Notifications on that device: the Delivery check shows each link in the chain (allowed in this browser, subscribed, known to KODEO for this sign-in, last delivered), and when one is broken a Repair button sets push up again from scratch. Send a test confirms it. Pushes are sent as urgent and kept for a day if your phone is offline, so they arrive when it's back.
Each email is sent once — never twice for the same event, even when KODEO retries after a network problem — and only to people who should get it (someone who left a workspace no longer gets its emails). Notification emails have an unsubscribe link in the footer, and Settings → Notifications decides which ones you get.
